SaaS product development

From first sign-up to recurring revenue: SaaS products built to scale

MVPs, multi-tenant architecture, subscription billing, SSO, APIs, admin consoles, analytics and AI features, designed, built and run by one team, so you can focus on customers.

Multi-tenancy

One app, many customers, every customer's data kept apart

Start with a shared database to keep costs low, then give enterprise customers their own schema or database, all from the same codebase.

MRR model

How fast could your recurring revenue grow?

Set new customers a month, average revenue per account, monthly churn and the cost to acquire a customer to see MRR after 12 months, customer lifetime value and the LTV to CAC ratio. Figures are illustrative.

Amounts are converted at approximate rates. Your choice is remembered across pages.

Lifetime value (LTV)
LTV : CAC

LTV = revenue per account ÷ monthly churn. A ratio of 3 or more is a common benchmark. Excludes expansion revenue and gross margin.

Product-led growth

From visitor to expanding customer

We build the free trial, onboarding, in-app prompts and upgrade paths that move users down this funnel, and the analytics to see where they stop. Sample B2B SaaS, one quarter.

Pricing and billing

Pricing pages and billing that just work

Plans, seats, usage-based charges, free trials, annual discounts, coupons, invoices, taxes and failed-payment recovery, connected to Stripe, Razorpay or Chargebee. Sample pricing page; the toggle flips between monthly and annual.

SaaS metrics

The four numbers every SaaS team watches

We build dashboards that track these from day one, so decisions are based on data, not guesses.

MRRMonthly recurring revenue

The predictable revenue you earn every month from subscriptions.

ChurnCustomers who leave

Monthly churn under 3% is a common goal for B2B SaaS.

NRRNet revenue retention

Above 100% means existing customers grow faster than others leave.

CAC paybackMonths to earn back acquisition cost

Under 12 months is generally considered healthy.

Security and trust

Ready for the enterprise security questionnaire

Enterprise buyers ask hard questions. We build the controls, logs and documentation so your answers are yes. Audits themselves are done by independent firms.

FAQ

SaaS development questions

Straight answers to what founders and product teams ask us most.

What does a SaaS development company do?

We design, build and run software sold as a subscription: the web and mobile app, multi-tenant backend, billing, user management, integrations, analytics and the cloud infrastructure it runs on.

How long does it take to build a SaaS MVP?

Typically about 12 to 14 weeks for a focused MVP with sign-up, core features, billing and an admin console, followed by weekly releases based on customer feedback.

What is multi-tenancy and which model should we choose?

Multi-tenancy means many customers share one application while their data stays separate. A shared database with tenant IDs is cheapest and simplest; separate schemas or databases give stronger isolation for enterprise or regulated customers. Many products start shared and offer isolation on higher plans.

Which billing systems do you integrate?

Stripe, Razorpay, Chargebee, Paddle and others, covering trials, seat and usage-based pricing, coupons, invoices, taxes and dunning.

Can you add AI features to our SaaS?

Yes. AI assistants, search over customer data, summaries, classification and automation, built with the right guardrails and cost controls.

Do you help with SOC 2 or ISO 27001?

We build the technical controls, logging, access management and documentation auditors look for. The audit itself is done by an independent firm.

Can you take over an existing SaaS codebase?

Yes. We start with a code and architecture review, fix urgent issues, then improve performance, test coverage and release speed.

Who owns the code?

You do. All source code, designs and infrastructure belong to your company.
