Yes. Standard EDI messages are exchanged both ways, so OEM schedules come in and supplier schedules and ASNs go out automatically.
How does JIT synchronisation work?
Deliveries are kept synchronised to line demand through scheduled releases and ASNs, so material arrives just in time rather than being over-stocked.
Can it reconcile schedules, dispatches and receipts?
It can. Schedules, dispatch advices and goods receipts are matched automatically, and any mismatch is flagged so it can be resolved before it affects production.
