Why agribusinesses switch

Five problems that stunt growth

Each one costs money every season. Each one has a fix.

Farm costs are a guess

Seed, fertiliser and labour are spread across notebooks.

Fixed with: Cost per acre, per plot and per crop

Quality disputes at the gate

Moisture and grade deductions are argued over at every arrival.

Fixed with: Gate lab readings and automatic deductions

Farmer payments delayed

Weighbridge slips and rates are matched by hand.

Fixed with: Instant farmer statements and bank payouts

Processing yield unknown

Nobody knows how much rice came out of each lot of paddy.

Fixed with: Batch yields for every product and by-product

No traceability

Buyers ask where a lot came from and nobody can say.

Fixed with: Farm-to-pack traceability with QR codes

Commodity procurement

Fair weights, fair deductions, fast payment

Each arrival is weighed and tested at the gate. Moisture above the standard and quality defects reduce the payable weight automatically, and the farmer sees exactly why. Sample wheat arrivals.

Agri-processing

Know the yield of every batch

Each milling batch records what went in and everything that came out, so yield, by-product value and cost per kg are exact. Sample paddy milling.

FAQ

Agriculture ERP questions

Straight answers to what farms and agribusinesses ask us most.

What is an agriculture ERP?

An ERP for farms and agribusinesses. It manages crops and farm activities, farmer and commodity procurement, quality and payments, processing, storage, commodity trading and traceability alongside purchasing, sales and accounts.

Can it track cost per acre?

Yes. Seed, fertiliser, crop protection, labour, irrigation, machinery and lease costs are booked against each plot and crop, giving cost per acre and profit per acre at harvest.

How are moisture and quality deductions handled?

Each arrival is weighed and tested at the gate. Moisture above the standard, foreign matter and damaged grains reduce the payable weight or price automatically, using rules you set for each commodity.

Can farmers be paid directly?

Yes. Farmer statements are generated from weighbridge and quality data, and payments can go straight to bank accounts or UPI, with SMS or WhatsApp confirmations.

Does it support processing yields?

Yes. Each processing batch records input and output weights for the main product and by-products, such as head rice, broken rice, bran and husk from paddy, so yield and cost per kg are known.

Can it manage commodity contracts and positions?

Yes. Purchase and sale contracts, open positions, stock, hedges and settlements are tracked per commodity, with mark-to-market against current prices.

How does traceability work?

Lots are linked from farm and plot through procurement, processing and packing. A QR code on the pack lets buyers see where and when the produce was grown.

How long does implementation take?

Typically about 7 to 9 weeks for an agribusiness with a few procurement centres, including farmers, quality rules, processing, apps and training.
