Order to cash

One loop from enquiry to collection

Every step hands its data to the next: the quote becomes the order, the order becomes the pick list, the dispatch becomes the invoice, and the invoice is chased until it is paid.

Why traders switch

Five leaks on every trading receipt

Each one quietly takes a slice of margin or cash. Each one has a fix. Leak sizes are illustrative.

Margins vanish

Freight, duty and discounts are added after the sale, so real margin is unknown.

Fixed with: Landed cost and margin on every line

Cash stuck with customers

Overdue accounts keep ordering because nobody checks before dispatch.

Fixed with: Credit limits and ageing checks at order entry

Dead stock piles up

Slow items fill the warehouse while fast items run out.

Fixed with: Fast and slow mover analysis with reorder levels

Stock in the wrong place

One branch has excess while another loses sales.

Fixed with: Multi-location stock with inter-branch transfers

Orders from everywhere

Phone, WhatsApp, portal and marketplace orders are typed in again.

Fixed with: One order book for every channel
Margin tracking

Your real margin, after every cost

A sample imported item. Change the purchase price, freight, duty, selling price and credit days to see the landed cost and the margin that is actually left. Figures are illustrative.

Know which items earn their shelf space

Multi-channel sales

Every channel, one order book

Counter, field app, B2B portal, marketplaces and WhatsApp orders share the same stock and prices, so nothing is sold twice. Sample monthly mix.

FAQ

Trading ERP questions

Straight answers to what traders and distributors ask us most.

What is a trading ERP?

An ERP for businesses that buy and sell goods without making them: wholesalers, distributors, importers and traders. It manages purchasing, landed cost, stock across locations, orders from every channel, pricing, margins, customer credit and collections alongside accounts.

How does it calculate real margin?

Each item carries its landed cost: purchase price plus freight, duty, insurance and handling. Sales margin is calculated after discounts, schemes and the cost of credit, by item, customer, salesperson and branch.

Can it stop orders from customers who are over their credit limit?

Yes. Orders that would exceed the credit limit, or come from customers with overdue bills past a set number of days, are held for approval before dispatch.

Does it manage stock across branches and warehouses?

Yes. Stock is tracked by location and bin, with transfers in transit. Orders can be fulfilled from the nearest branch with stock.

Can it identify fast and slow moving items?

Yes. ABC analysis ranks items by sales value and XYZ by demand stability. Slow and dead items are flagged, and reorder levels are suggested for fast movers.

Can it take orders from marketplaces and a B2B portal?

Yes. Orders from counters, the field sales app, your B2B portal, marketplaces and WhatsApp land in one order book with shared stock.

Does it support import purchases?

Yes. Import orders carry foreign currency, shipment, customs duty and clearing costs, which are spread across items to give the landed cost.

How long does implementation take?

Typically about 7 to 9 weeks for a trading business with a few branches, including items, price lists, customers, credit rules, channels and training.
