🧩 Plastics and rubber ERP · Mould management
One register for every mould you own or hold for customers. Shot counts come in from the machines, maintenance is planned before breakdowns, blocked cavities are tracked, and every repair and change sits on one timeline.
The marker shows where mould M-114 is in its life. Each milestone is a planned job. Watch it approach the next one. Example plan.
Click a cavity to block or unblock it. Output and cost per part update straight away, the same way planning does in the ERP. Red is blocked, amber is underweight.

M-114 is at Machine 7
Each mould has a QR tag. A scan at the machine, store, tool room or vendor updates its location, so no one walks the plant looking for it.
Enter your moulds, breakdowns and costs. See the yearly cost and what planned maintenance could save. Rough estimate; typical planned maintenance cuts breakdowns, it does not end them.

It keeps a record of every mould you own or hold: where it is, how many shots it has made, which cavities are working, when maintenance is due and what has been repaired. It is usually part of a plastics or rubber ERP.
From the moulding machine's cycle signal, from an electronic mould counter, or from operators in the app. The count is added to the mould currently loaded on that machine.
Each mould has PM intervals in shots, such as cleaning every 50,000 and overhaul every 250,000. The ERP warns before each interval and creates the job with its checklist.
It is marked blocked with a reason. Planning uses the reduced cavity count, so output, cycle and cost per part stay accurate until it is repaired.
Yes. Each mould has an owner. Customer moulds show amortisation, shots used against agreed life and records for when they are returned.
Each mould has a QR code or RFID tag. Scanning it at the machine, store rack, tool room or vendor updates where it is.
Mould cost is divided by the expected life in shots and the cavities, giving a tool cost per part that can be added to quotes and job costs.
Yes. The same register, shot counts and maintenance work for rubber moulds, die-casting dies, blow moulds and press tools.
